This NEW 22 minute program features short segments from Canada AM's day at a Job Fair in Hamilton, Ontario. Host Seamus O'Regan talks to "job seekers" and interviews several experts who give viewers excellent advice on where to find a job, how to get a job, who the competition is, and what employers are looking for. In this economic downturn, it is becoming more and more difficult to find employment. Competition is stiff. So how do you get that edge that will make potential employers give you an interview? Viewers get advice on how to dress for success. Appearance is key - clean hands, clean and neat fingernails, proper posture, the bags you carry and your scent all can have an effect on you getting hired. O'Regan interviews an HR Vice President who discusses making your resume "searchable" on sites such as Workopolis. Millions of resumes get posted to these sites so you have to make yours stand out. Additional advice is given on what to include in your resume.

The program also includes a brief segment examining one particular apprenticeship program.
