In the field at night, Conley is frightened by a shooting star. The next day, the Crows brag to Matilda about being able to fly and Haley gets upset. Meanwhile, Wilton tells Conley that he can wish on the falling stars, but Conley gets confused and thinks it’s a sign of the world’s ending. The Moohs take Haley for a ride in the balloon so he can experience flight. Wilton takes Conley to look at the moon through his telescope. Conley sees a blue version of himself on the moon.
