This episode is set up to help you take a real honest look at your drug and alcohol consumption and to evaluate whether what you are thinking matches with what you are doing. To do this, Rand gives his students a quiz and discusses the results. For those starting to score high on this test - it's a warning sign to start to take a look at what you're doing. It is a lot easier to fix something like this now than to wait till it gets worse. Although many want to believe they don't have a problem, that they can quit anytime, sadly this is often not the case. Rand encourages those even with emerging problems to get help before they escalate because really bad drug problems start with small drug problems. Rand also offers solutions for where to go for help.
