How should I return a preview?
We ask that you put any programs that you are returning in a box (no envelopes please) and return it to us via traceable means (e.g. Canada Post Expedited or Insured or the courier of your choice) at your expense.


I need multiple copies of a program for my school district or institution. How can this be accomplished?
We offer multiple copy discounts, Duplication Rights and Digital Streaming Rights for most of our programs. Please call 1-800-565-3036 or email us at info@mcintyre.ca and we will be pleased to put together a quote that fits your needs and your budget.


I want to keep my preview video...what do I do?
Simply give us a call at 1-800-565-3036 or email us at info@mcintyre.ca and let us know that you would like to keep the video. We can either email the invoice to you or send it by regular mail.


My DVD won't play in every machine. What should I do?
Due to the vast array of DVD players from various manufacturers and DVD media produced using different techniques and equipment there are sometimes incompatibility issues. Please contact us with any issues and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation.


The DVD shows that there is a teacher's guide on the disk. How do I access it?
Where teacher's guides are available on a DVD, you can only access the guide by inserting the DVD in a computer with a DVD-ROM drive. Once the DVD is in the drive open My Computer. Right click or 'explore' the icon for your DVD drive. The contents of the disk will be shown including the Teacher's Guide which will be in PDF. format. You can then choose to open it from here or save it to your computer for future use. You may make unlimited copies of the guide for use with the video.


What are your shipping and handling charges?
Our shipping and handling charge is 7% of the order sub-total or a minimum of $10.00.


What is PPR and how does it affect me?
All of our programs are available with Canadian Public Performance Rights (PPR). If you intend to show a program to any group or audience for educational / instructional purposes you are required by law to purchase a copy with PPR. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.


What is your preview policy?
The vast majority of our programs are available for preview free of charge for 15 days. The 15 days starts from the day that you receive the videos and can be extended if required. We ask that at the end of the preview period you give us a call to let us know if you would like to keep the programs and be invoiced or if you will be returning them.
