With some 1,500 dealers and 600,000 customers in Canada, U-Haul ranks as the country's largest "do-it yourself" moving company. Last year, a W-FIVE investigation found that U-Haul trucks often didn't meet provincial safety standards. U-Haul promised W-FIVE it would clean up its act.
