Kenya is vitally concerned with education. With the help of the Canadian International Development Agency, the government built the Kenya Technical Teachers College (K.T.T.C.), where it trains teachers to train other Kenyans. This film shows how Kenya, with the help of another country, is striving to reach its long-term goal of self-sufficiency through the technological training of many of its citizens.
