Ella and Slippy need to practice their rock-climbing skills so that they can tackle the recently formed crater on Enceladus. But Ella prefers using her space boots rather than practicing. When they find themselves at the bottom of the very deep crater on an unstable icy floor where they can’t use their space boots, Ella realises her climbing skills need work. She learns the importance of repetition and practice, and that patience and skill can be more important than relying on technology.
The year is 3021. The place is the Milky Way, where eight-year-old Ella gleefully heads out with her friends on exciting adventures of discovery. At only eight, she already knows quite a bit about space... but there is always more to explore!
