Doc sends Hayley to Quebec to learn more about the werewolf creature known as Loup Garou. First she goes to the Yamnesco Wolf Dog Sancturay in Cochrane, AB, to learn about wolf behaviour and communication. Then in Quebec she meets with eyewitnesses who tell her uniqure stories about their strange encounters with loup garou, but no one has physical evidence. Doc retells a story passed down in the family of Algonquin/Mi’kmaq Colette Francoeur, about a man in Western Quebec who was freed from the loup garou curse when a woman threw a knife at an approaching wolf.
