In 2007, African Nations started the Great Green Wall – A vision to grow a wall of trees across the entire continent. If completed, it will be the largest living structure on Earth.
The Great Green Wall follows Malian musician and activist Inna Modja as she travels across Africa’s Sahel to explore an ambitious 8,000‑kilometre effort to combat desertification and climate change, blending music and storytelling with voices from frontline communities to reveal both the urgency of environmental crisis and the resilience—and hope—driving collective action for future generations.
