Blatchford Lake Lodge, Northwest Territories (10:34) - In this episode Brandy Yanchyk travels to Blatchford Lake, Northwest Territories to learn about Indigenous tourism and to go fishing with a Dené guide. 

Churchill, Manitoba (5:20) - Brandy Yanchyk travels to Churchill, Manitoba to meet Métis Dog Musher Dave Daley at Wapusk Adventures. His sled dogs are very social, they love to meet tourists, and they are long distance race specialists, training all year. Brandy gets a ride in a wheeled cart pulled by a team of dogs which work the same way in the summer as the tourist dog-sleds in winter. There is increasing interest in Indigenous tourism.

Prince Rupert, British Columbia (4:43) - In this episode Brandy Yanchyk travels to Prince Rupert, British Columbia and learns about Indigenous tourism there and goes canoeing with the Coastal Cultural Canoeing Society's big canoe family "The Wave Riders". 

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (7:25) - In this episode Brandy Yanchyk travels to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to visit the Wanuskewin Heritage Park to learn about Indigenous archaeology and culture. 

Manitoulin Island, Ontario (11:42) - In this episode Brandy Yanchyk travels to Manitoulin, Island in northern Ontario to learn about how to make a fire and bannock from her Indigenous guide at Great Spirit Circle Trail.

The Northwest Passage, Nunavut (16:12) - In this episode Brandy Yanchyk boards an expedition vessel and explores the Northwest Passage in Nunavut. She learns about the Franklin expedition, Nunavut’s communities and remote national parks.

Toronto, Ontario (8:37) - In this segment, Brandy tastes Indigenous cuisine while making Indian Tacos with Chef Shawn Adler at the Pow Wow Café.

Vancouver, British Columbia (9:32) - In this episode, Brandy goes on a “Talking Trees Tour” in Vancouver’s famous Stanley Park with her Indigenous guide Candace Campo from Talaysay Tours. She learns about the broad uses and cultural significance of the cedar tree and the western hemlock tree for the west coast indigenous peoples. They also visit the hundred-year-old collection of totem poles at Brockton Point which is a celebration of cultural survival.

Banff, Alberta (9:10) - In this segment, Brandy learns about plants in a mountain meadow from her Indigenous guide Brenda Holder from Mahikan Trails.

Ottawa, Ontario (10:27) - Brandy meets the rare and endangered Ojibwe Spirit Horses and makes a corn husk doll with Maggie Downer, aCultural Ambassador, at the Madahoki Farm in Ottawa’s Greenbelt.

Akwesasne, Quebec (6:43) - Brandy travels to Akwesasne where she makes traditional Mohawk cornbread.

Metepenagiag Mi'kmaq Nation, New Brunswick (9:18) - Brandy visits with the Metepenagiag Mi'kmaq Nation for an Indigenous tourism experience with Stephen and Florence Paul from First Nations Tourism.

Calgary, Alberta (6:49) - Brandy learns how to cook a Métis stew at the Heritage Park Historical Village in Calgary, Alberta.

Victoria, British Columbia (11:12) - Brandy travels to Victoria, British Columbia where she learns to cook an Indigenous meal with Cree-Metis Executive Private Chef Shirley Lang.

Sunshine Coast, British Columbia (5:54) - Brandy travels to the Sunshine Coast where she meets Indigenous artist Levi Purjue.
