The National Stress Test examines Canada's relationship with stress and looks at how men differ from women in handling stress, and what's the biggest cause of stress in our lives. A camera and a stress monitor shows us how stress affects the lives of a single mother who runs her own business, a self-employed musician who has a payroll to meet, and a busy mother of two young children who teaches in the evening. New research shows that there are five types of stress personalities: the Controller Type; the Worrier Type; the Fulfilment Type; the Interpersonal Stress Type; and the Fatigue Type. At the end of the program be prepared to take "The National Stress Test" to find out what type you are, and whether your stress level is healthy, reasonable but needs preventative measures, or is elevated and cause for concern.
