Vancouver, located on unceded Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh territory, is a gathering place for Indigenous people from across the west coast of Turtle Island. Although the city poses unique challenges, it is also an incubator for innovative community initiatives and a hub for progressive Indigenous leadership. Meet Rose and Hayley, two inspiring women who, through skateboarding and music, are motivating the next generation of Indigenous youth to strive for their dreams.
