In the Mi’kmaq community of Lennox Island, PEI, Rich Frances discovers the Cadillac of shellfish - lobster. Gilbert Sark, a drum keeper, medicine-man and community historian describes the history and relevance of lobster to the Mi’kmaq of PEI. Cultural Liaison Jamie Thomas about shows him methods of cooking a traditional Lennox Island meal. A day of high seas lobster fishing helps Rich understand the process of getting these highly sought after crustaceans. At the firepit Rich creates a new dish for everyone.

In the Wild Game Series, chef Rich Francis explores indigenous communities across Canada and traditional and modern methods of harvesting and preparing the food that has shaped their cultures over the millennia.
