The Postcards from… series journeys through Canadian cities from an accessible perspective. What does it feel like to climb a mountain on your hands? To hear your breath as you float free in adaptive scuba gear? To taste the char of fire-roasted salmon while watching an elder share stories in Indigenous sign language? From culture to culinary, nature to adventure, Therese has never experienced Canada like this. In Season 4, we follow host Therese Estacion on a personal journey as she redefines her identity as disabled poet and traveler. In every episode, Therese meets up with fun and entertaining locals in-the-know. These locals are our guide to a sensory experience that goes beyond the traditional hop-on hop-off bus tour.  Each episode will contain segments that explore the five senses; taste, touch, smell, sight and sound. Join us on this journey that will captivate you like never before.

Postcards Season 4 is hosted by Therese Estacion, poet, writer and amputee. Therese Estacion is part of the Visayan diaspora community. She is an elementary school teacher and is studying to be a psychotherapist. Therese is also a bilateral below knee and partial hands amputee, and identifies as a disabled person/person with a disability, and lives in Toronto/ Tkaronto. Her first collection of poems, Phantompains, was published by Book*Hug in Spring 2021 and was a finalist for both the 2021 Indies Foreword Reviews and CLMP Firecracker awards.
