Mixing both live-action & animation, The Ant and the Grasshopper casts a different light on the well-known fable. Using story-telling and fun music, the story is told by a mother to her son at bedtime. The fable tells about a grasshopper who has spent the summer singing and dancing while the ant worked to store food for the winter. When winter arrives, the grasshopper begs the ant for food. A wonderful program to promote imagination building through storytelling.
