Five urban Indigenous youth have signed up for a weight loss project. They introduce themselves, talk about their lifestyles, food histories, self-perception and motivation for improving their health and fitness. Fitness coach, Kent, weigh's them in, does fitness tests, takes them through their first exercise session, and has them set goals.

Fit First: Youth Edition follows four Aboriginal youth from different walks of life, who all struggle with being overweight but have set a goal to get healthy in mind, body and spirit.
