In this episode we’ll share how the dykes provide a superb walking opportunity for any age, as walkers follow the dykes from Wolfville to Port Williams. Originally built by the Acadians the Annapolis Valley Dykes were built to stem the tidal flow of the Minas Basin and create fertile farmland. Today, they are still doing their job and provide a great opportunity to get outdoors and see incredible views.
