Otis is called in to help when Ohlm and Orchid have problems solving a case. If they don’t figure it out, they will both be sent back to the training academy. As they look for clues, all they see are zeros and tens, where many people want more or less than either one of those two numbers. Who could be giving and taking numbers, and why?
