Matilda isn't impressed with Haley's "Cock-a-doodle-doo", and Roscoe and Bosco aggravate the situation. Haley complains about the crows and Conley suggests a scarecrow. The Moohs make a scarecrow, but the crows remain unimpressed. A second scarecrow, one that looks like a big fat baby stuffed with vegetables, overturns and ruins Matilda and Haley's Picnic, making the little hen furious. Wilton finally scares the crows with a shadow of a paper dog, to everyone’s delight.
