Riverboat Days has been an annual summer festival celebrated in Terrace, British Columbia for over thirty years. It is an opportunity for the community to not only come together, but to show off everything that is great about the city. One of the biggest, most notable events is the Rotary Club's Duck Race. It involves over 5,000 ducks being dropped into the Skeena River, for a duck race that everyone loves to watch. While we will see that there are many other events which take place during Riverboat Days, the Duck Race truly is the crown jewel of Riverboat Days.
