He is a contributing writer for Bon Appetit, Gilt Taste, Men's Health, and was a co-host of Unique Eats on the Cooking Channel. His cookbook also titled, The Farm was released in 2012 by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and was nominated for an IACP Award.
